Brownhunt Leopold (Brownhunt Izaak (AI) x Brownhunt Henrietta (AI) wins 1st place from 17 entries in Puppy sweepstakes, Best of Breed and Puppy in Group. His Litter sister Lilith (Lil) also won her class Minor in group.

BEST IN GROUP!!!!
The 2017 Ekka Royal Queensland show saw Zak win Best Exhibit in the Gundog group from 291 entries under a breed specialist from Serbia Ms Sanja Momčilović Bognič.
Hettie (Ch. Brownhunt Henrietta AI) won Runner up best of Breed & BCC.

To say I am proud is an understatement of our young dogs Hardy (Brownhunt Hardtman) and Hettie (Brownhunt Henrietta).
Today at the NSW German Shorthaired Pointer Specialty show at the Sydney Royal, Hettie won Bitch Challenge at the age of 7-1/2 months from the Minor Puppy class!! She also went on to win Minor puppy in Show and Hardy won Puppy in Show.

In the early hours of this morning we delivered our one and only puppy from our "I" litter from the long awaited AI breeding of Persassia Ye-Kec and our imported line bred Hege-Haus female Persassia Ulia (Imp Cyp). Brownhunt Izaak (Zac) is his name and we are very excited to have him in our kennels.

Uralla & District Kennel Club Show
Our "H" Litter puppies are now 5 months of age and at their second show we achieved more success. Brownhunt Hardtman followed his sisters lead from their previous outing and thought if you can do then so can I.........taking out the honours of BEST IN SHOW baby puppy against 97 0ther youngsters in his age group. Was a great day and excellent results under International judges!

The United Retriever club held a great trial on the October long weekend. It was at the lovely Cooplacurripa station and we were very proud of our Cypriot import Ch. Persassia Ulia. She achieved 2nd place in the afternoon trial which was a fabulous result. She marked and retrieved birds with passion and delivered gently to hand.

We received a lovely letter today from the proud owners of Evie (Brownhunt Gloria). She is having a wonderful time living on the winery and has been such a wonderful companion who is very trainable and has a wonderful temperament.

Great news on Christmas Day - Brownhunt Fraulein Betty is loving her new home in Tasmania and is seen here with her Christmas present "toy skunk" that she takes everywhere. Thanks Brad & Kayla for the update.

Today Our young stars did our kennel proud! Brownhunt Cadel at the age of 10-1/2 months won 2nd place in the 6-12 month sweepstakes, he then went on to win Best of Breed, Junior in Group and
RUNNER UP BEST IN GROUP at the Macksville Nambucca River Ag show Society.
His little sister Brownhunt Charlotte won Runner Up Best of Breed, and went on to win not only Puppy In Group but BEST PUPPY IN SHOW. These two youngsters are from Our Hege-Haus Import Persassia Ulia (IMP CYP) and Ch. Brownhunt Celtic Lion Heart.

Brownhunt dogs tested for EBJ - Non Carriers
We received great news last night with the certificates clearing
Ch.Brownhunt Celtic Lion Heart, Ch. Brownhunt Limerick Legend and Persassia Ulia (Imp Cyp) with no trace of EBJ. This is a great result for our kennel and as we do not want to promote this horrible disease

He and his sister Aust Ch. Brownhunt Limerick Legend become the first male & female progeny to achieve Australian titles from the lovely Karpaten Irbis Chocolate Chips (Imp Rom).
